More House Hunting:

We're flying into Austin again on May 1st to look one last time at homes. If we don't find one that Friday, we'll spend Saturday looking at apartments as a back-up. Either way, we have to get our housing situation nailed down on this trip. Our lease in California is up at the end of May, so we're running out of time. We're both HOPING we find a house we love on this trip so we can move right in, versus having to rent while we keep looking. I hate the idea of moving twice and not being "settled" when the baby is born, but we may just have to deal with it. It has certainly been a surprise to me that in this market, finding a house would be so hard!
